This document outlines how Serverdash collects and handles data. “We” and “our” in this context refers to me, Dominic, and anyone else I choose to help me with this project.

Serverdash will not collect data without any prior interaction. We collect data for operational, debugging, and/or analytical purposes. This can include personal data, such as your email address, when we explicitly request it. This data is never sold. Any data publicly shared is anonymized.

Most operational data is stored on Oracle Cloud. Limited data may be shared with third parties, such as:

• Sentry, for error and feedback collection
• Amazon AWS, for order image storage and database backups
